About the project

Press coverage describes the four towers as Mohali's tallest free-standing towers. The site has about 600 feet of road frontage and is enclosed on three sides, with no high-rise buildings in its immediate vicinity at present. The ground level is planned to be free of vehicles, with the parking underground.

The homes have wrap-around balconies and corner layouts, and a floor-to-floor height of 11.5 feet. Residents share one clubhouse, a Sky Island deck and a large lagoon pool. Construction is already underway.

The developer

Ananda Group is led by its co-founders, Anuj Bansal and Sahil Aggarwal. The group has built projects in Bathinda, and Ananda Crown is its first venture outside Bathinda.

Sector 78 is in the Airport Road belt of Mohali (Sectors 74 to 80), where many of the newer high-rise projects are. Places often mentioned as near the project include:
